WORKHOLDING PRODUCTS
	Expanding Collets Dunham Tool manufactures a high quality expanding collet in numerous sizes and diameters. Our expanding collets are designed for use with collet fixtures on CNC lathes, automatic lathes or manual lathes.
	5C Collets Precision 5c collet dimensions are available in metric, inch, round, square, and hex. Our 5c collets are hardened and ground and can be used with any 5c collet fixtures.
	R8 Collets Dunham manufactures precision r8 collet dimensions in metric, inch, round, square, and hex. R8 collets can be used with any r8 collet fixtures and are hardened and ground.
	Expanding Mandrels Expanding mandrels are manufactured in diameters of 5/16 to 6 inches. Our expanding mandrel is machinable and can be used with standard collets, vises, jaw chucks and special fixtures.
	Dead Stop Step Chucks Dead stop step chucks are innovatively designed to work with any standard 1" 5c collet or 16c collet. This dead stop step chuck achieves precision length control and accurate OD workholding.
CHUCKING PRODUCTS
	Air Collet Chucks The unique Dunham Tool air collet chucks are a self-contained collet chuck and collet actuator. They are commonly used as a lathe chuck as well as with cylindrical or surface grinders, rotary tables, and other equipment.
	CNC Collet Chucks The CNC collet chuck from Dunham Tool is available in 5c collet chuck, 16c, 3j and 2j sizes. Dunham Tool lathe chucks are typically used on manual lathes and CNC lathes and are draw tube activated.
AIR ACTUATING PRODUCTS
	Air Collet Closers Dunham Tool air collet closers are available for 16c, 2j, 3j, and 5c collet sizes. The precision collet closer and collet actuator are used with lathes, grinders, and CNC rotary tables and mount to most machine spindles.
HIGH SPEED SPINDLES AND HEADSTOCKS
	High Speed Spindles The Dunham high speed spindle / precision cartridge spindle is manufactured in 5c collet, 2j, 3j, and 16c collet sizes and are available as standalone high speed spindles and with a complete headstock assembly.
	50M Spindle Headstock Precision spindle headstock assemblies accept 1c, 3c and 5c collets and 5c step chucks with no adapters. Our precision spindles can be used with a variety of workholding fixtures.
CNC LATHE BAR PULL
	CNC Lathe Bar Puller The CNC lathe bar pullers line of low cost bar pull grippers are available from 3/16in to 2in diameters and mount directly to the bar puller shank or pull bar adapter.
PRECISION LATHES
	Precision Lathe Our PLC precision lathes are used for high volume, high accuracy near net shape machining with Dunham's patented automatic loading system. Faster and less expensive than a CNC lathe, these precision lathes list for less than half of comparable automatic lathes.
